Job Description for Warehouse Packer:

As a Warehouse Packer at Aramark, you play a key role in ensuring that products are received, organized, and distributed efficiently and accurately. You'll support the overall warehouse operations including inventory management, order preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and tag goods upon arrival; note and inform about any variations in delivery compared to the billing statements
• Employ the FIFO inventory method for perishables to maintain freshness and reduce the risk of spoilage

• Compile and manage stock to meet requirements for product, material, and machinery orders
• Handle the movement, discharge, and transfer of products within the warehouse facility or to client locations with the assistance of carts or motorized vehicles
• Fulfill inventory counting obligations at the designated intervals
• Complete all documentation requirements meticulously, encompassing tasks like updating inventory logs, conducting temperature checks, maintaining spoilage records, and inspecting equipment, whether on paper or through digital means
• Preserve the cleanliness and order of warehouse locations, including restroom facilities, break rooms, loading docks, and raised platforms
• Abide by safety policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) instructions, and emergency response procedures
• Prioritize the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety
• Ensure the security of both customer and organizational possessions
• Project professionalism when communicating with clients, coworkers, suppliers, and visitors
• Take part in official assemblies and execute any supplementary assignments given
