Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Execute specialized floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and floor stripping
• Manage custodial responsibilities like trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of all areas
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and needs
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments such as janitorial or hotel housekeeping roles
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
