About the Role
• Assembly Associates help bring our products to life by preparing parts, assembling components, packaging finished goods, and supporting order fulfillment. This is hands-on, detail-focused work with consistent tasks. Many tasks can be done seated, and we support reasonable adjustments for comfort and accessibility. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward protocols and quality assurance is what we are looking for. This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute their skills in an environment that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
• Assemble and package finished goods
• Prepare product components (sorting, labeling, counting, bundling)
• Restock materials and keep work areas tidy
• Perform simple quality checks for accuracy and appearance
• Communicate with team leads regarding needs or issues

Compensation & Growth
• -Part-time assembly associates start at $11 per hour and advance to 11.25 per hour after 60 days.
• -Full-time assembly associates start at $12.00 per hour and advance to $12.50 per hour after 60 days. Full-time employees will also be eligible for insurance and PTO.
