Job Description
The Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment within LA Global Care’s Transitional Housing Facility. This position ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while supporting a trauma-informed, housing-first environment for residents.

The Janitorial Technician plays a critical role in promoting dignity, safety, and public health for residents, staff, and visitors.

Facility Cleaning & Sanitation

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and common areas daily

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces

Disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, railings, switches)

Empty trash and replace liners

Maintain exterior cleanliness (if assigned)
