NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a General Manager for our upscale restaurant and special events venue located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive the venue's strategic growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, alongside a dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
Responsibilities
• Manage overall operations of the restaurant and events venue
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• High volume GM experience managing operations north of $12M annually
• Experience with managing venues with high volume special events and catering operations
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale venues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
