As a key part of our back-of-house team, you will ensure that all dishware, cookware, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use, contributing to an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize a variety of items including dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing zone to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining a well-stocked kitchen with washed plates, bowls, and essential cooking tools to support the lively pace of the restaurant.
