We are seeking a motivated and vigilant Level II Security Officer for part-time weekend shifts. This role involves maintaining a safe environment through proactive security measures, surveillance, and conflict management. β€’ Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas.
β€’ Manage access control by verifying visitors, contractors, and employees.
β€’ Respond promptly to security incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills.
β€’ Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and preventing theft.
β€’ Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks.
β€’ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. Requirements
β€’ Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
β€’ Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and confidence.
β€’ Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
β€’ Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
