We are seeking EXPERIENCED, energetic and personable Superstar Servers to join our vibrant casual restaurant and bar team! In this role, you will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems while providing personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing dishes or preparing simple items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and positively.
• Support banquet or catering events by setting up stations, serving guests, or clearing tables as required.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
