This leader will guide the service staff to ensure all service standards are being adhered to and customers' expectations are met. You must have strong people skills with the desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for serving guests.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume upscale or upscale restaurant
• Experience with a steakhouse is preferred
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• Organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to take and provide direction
