Greater Houston Area

iClean is expanding across the Greater Houston area and looking for experienced commercial cleaners who want to build recurring work on a structured schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you start with a few locations and grow from there.

Contractors who show up consistently and maintain quality standards are prioritized for additional placements. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and want consistent opportunities without micromanagement, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do
• Service commercial accounts including offices, apartment complexes, gyms, and other facilities
• Complete recurring cleaning assignments according to scope and checklist
• Perform floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
• Sanitize restrooms, common areas, kitchens, and shared spaces
• Travel independently to assigned locations
• Maintain clear communication and confirm availability when jobs are offered
• Uphold professional standards and quality control expectations

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience
• Fluent in English
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to accept recurring placements when scheduled
• Comfortable working independently or with a small crew
• Must pass a basic background check
