Duties
• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Lead staff training and development to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, and food safety standards
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
• Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation protocols
• Support kitchen management by supervising food production, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability through effective resource management
• Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a strong, motivated staff

Qualifications
• Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or fast food environments
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of inventory control, food management, and kitchen operations in casual dining or fine dining settings
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience with staff training & development, hiring processes, and performance evaluations
• Familiarity with budgeting, food cost analysis, and operational efficiency strategies
• Hospitality management background preferred; hotel or catering experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
