Compensation: $23.25–$25.00/hr + Overtime + Benefits (Paid Weekly)

Shift Time(s): Full-Time | 4-Day / 40 hour Workweek Typical

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Associate and what we expect:
• Be punctual for assigned shifts and ready to start the day
• Load and deliver prime packages to customers along your assigned route
• Safely drive an Amazon-branded delivery van
• Use handheld GPS technology for navigation and delivery tracking
• Work independently while being supported by a strong team
• Deliver exceptional customer service — you are the face of the company
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Safety is non-negotiable. We train, coach, and support our drivers to operate safely every day - for themselves, their teammates, and the communities we serve.
• Be reliable, professional, accountable
• Assist your teammates with rescue routes when the need arises. You may require help one day.
• Occasional flexibility may be requested to support last-minute coverage needs

Typical schedule:
• 4 days (40 hours) w/ flexibility
• Up to 10-hour shifts (Routes include rest and meal breaks)
• Morning starts
• Weekday and weekend availability

What We’re Looking For
• At least 21 years old
• Valid U.S. driver’s license that is not restricted (no CDL required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and in accordance with company and state driving standards
• Ability to work a demanding shift, getting in and out of a large vehicle multiple times per day, and lifting packages up to 50 lbs (most packages are lighter). Routes may involve high stop counts that can exceed 130 stops per day depending on route and location.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, self-motivated, and prioritize safety.
• No delivery experience required.
