5 Star Best Plumbing is seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our network as an independent contractor (1099 partner).

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Perform advanced plumbing services including:
• Water heater installation & repair (tank & tankless)
• Leak detection and system diagnostics
• Repiping and system upgrades
• General plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations
• Communicate with customers, present solutions, and close your own jobs
• Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Valid plumbing license (State of California required)
• Minimum 4+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing (sales) ability
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Must have:
• Own tools
• Reliable work truck/vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
