Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior welders in preparing materials and work areas for welding projects. Learn and practice different welding techniques, including SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW, on various metals. Operate welding equipment safely and effectively under supervision. Perform basic welding tasks according to instructions and quality standards. Understand and follow welding procedures and specifications. Learn to read and interpret welding symbols and blueprints. Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and the workshop. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Participate actively in training sessions and skills development programs.
