Introduction
Best Plumbers is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator & Receptionist to join our team in Sinoville, Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers professionally.
• Managing company email correspondence.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating technician bookings.
• Capturing and maintaining accurate data and records.
• Preparing and processing invoices using Sage Pastel.
• Filing and managing company documentation.
• Providing general administrative support to management and staff.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 16:30 (rostered schedule).
• After-hours standby duties required every second week.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative and reception role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with Sage Pastel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
