Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning and sanitation team in **Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA**. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning staff. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently. Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met. Train new cleaning personnel on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of equipment. Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and used safely. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
