Job Description
Semi-Skilled Electrician An established EME based in Pretoria East (Waltloo) is seeking to appoint a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Semi-Skilled Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have relevant technical qualifications and practical experience in electrification, maintenance, and installation work.

Minimum Requirements
β€’ Minimum qualification: Technical NQF Level 4 (Matric / N3 / NCV Level 4)
β€’ Relevant working experience in the electrification industry
β€’ Proven experience in:
β€’ Electrical maintenance
β€’ Installation of lighting systems
β€’ Power distribution systems
β€’ Power outlets
β€’ At least one contactable reference
β€’ Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance

Skills and Competencies
β€’ Good technical and practical electrical skills
β€’ Ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings (advantageous)
β€’ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
β€’ Good communication and teamwork skills
β€’ Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
β€’ Physically fit and able to work on-site

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
β€’ Install and maintain lighting systems, power distribution units, and outlets
β€’ Conduct basic fault finding and report issues
β€’ Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
β€’ Support senior electricians and project teams on-site
β€’ Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
