Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning and sanitation team in **Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA**. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning staff. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a cleaning environment. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks as needed and to stand/walk for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
