Minimum Requirements:
β€’ Grade C PSIRA registration (minimum)
β€’ Valid Crowd Control Management Certification
β€’ Previous experience in crowd management / event security
β€’ Good communication and conflict handling skills
β€’ Ability to remain calm under pressure
β€’ Physically fit and presentable
β€’ Clear criminal record
β€’ Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

β€’ Managing and controlling crowds in a safe and professional manner
β€’ Monitoring access control points
β€’ Preventing and responding to incidents
β€’ Ensuring safety of staff, clients, and members of the public
β€’ Following all site procedures and company policies
β€’ Completing occurrence books and incident reports accurately
