Job Description
RPO Recruitment’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of South African Electricians to work in Amersfoort, Netherlands. Please note that Visa and Sponsorship Assistance will be provided. The successful candidates will be decisive, service-oriented technicians for the 5-shift system at the ingredients and cheese factory in Bedum. The client is looking for candidates, who will roll up their sleeves and take action as soon as something goes wrong or prevent things to go wrong.

Responsibilities:
• Engaged in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Overhaul activities
• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Locate, analyze, and resolve faults in production installations to ensure that production activities can resume safely and that downtime is minimized
• In cases of frequent malfunctions, actively seek opportunities to modify and improve the equipment
• Advise and assist with the structurally improvement processes
• Accurately document all performed activities in the automated maintenance systems
• Ensuring the technical status of the machinery and peripheral equipment is always complete and up-to-date
• Be quality and service-driven powerhouse with solid technical knowledge and an open communication style
• familiar with SAP maintenance systems

Requirements:
• Matric / N4
• Electrical Trade Test
• N1 – N6 highly advantageous
• South African Drivers’ License
• Fluent in the Afrikaans language essential and mandatory
• Completed 3 year apprenticeship
• Experience from any industry
• Knowledge of control systems
