Job Description
ELECTRICIAN

An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is looking for an energetic, sharp, dedicated and disciplined professional to join their team.

The following are the minimum requirements:
β€’ N3 in Electrical Engineering as a minimum requirement.
β€’ A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience post qualification.
β€’ Valid Trade Test Certificate
β€’ Valid ORHVS Certificate (Module 1-3)
β€’ Valid Driver's License

Skills and Competencies required
β€’ Detail- Oriented
β€’ In-depth knowledge of SANS 10142-1
β€’ Ability to use advanced test equipment to test short circuits, earth faults, etc.
β€’ Proficiency in using essential test equipment.
β€’ Expertise in Terminating cables correctly, Jointing and splicing cables to manufacturer and SANS standards, Pulling cables without causing damage, etc.
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Problem solving skills
β€’ Technically sound
