Role Description The Senior Plumber will be responsible for overseeing and executing plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs with high standards of quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting and repairing plumbing systems, assembling and installing pipes, diagnosing system issues, and providing excellent customer service. As a senior team member, the role also involves supervising junior plumbers and ensuring adherence to all safety and compliance regulations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the City of Cape Town.

Qualifications

Proficiency in plumbing techniques, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Expertise in pipe assembly, maintenance, and repair, ensuring functionality and safety in compliance with local regulations.

Strong experience in routine and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures.

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide professional guidance.

Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to implement best practices on-site.

Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.

Plumbing certification and relevant technical qualifications are required.

Prior experience in a senior or supervisory plumbing role is highly desirable.
