Youโ€™ll collaborate with content, web development, and the SEO Director to ensure best practices and cutting-edge tactics are in place. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, on- page and off-page optimization, local SEO, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: โ— Manage, train, and mentor a small team of SEO and copywriting professionals. โ— Conduct comprehensive audits of existing clientsโ€™ website/SEO performance, and execute on those findings. โ— Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to enhance search engine rankings for existing clients. โ— Implement and refine local SEO strategies for clients. โ— Determine site structure and ideal service pages for new clients based on audits of their existing website structure and performance โ— Optimize content written by our copywriters while maintaining consistency in content structure and formatting to enhance user experience and search engine rankings. โ— Manage and inform on link-building strategies and outreach initiatives. โ— Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
