Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Commercial Cleaner with specialized expertise in biohazard remediation. This role requires a meticulous approach to maintaining pristine and safe environments for our clients. You will be responsible for performing advanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, with a particular focus on handling and neutralizing biohazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner. This involves utilizing specialized equipment and adhering to strict protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and public health. The Senior Commercial Cleaner will also oversee and guide junior cleaning staff, conduct site inspections, and contribute to the development and implementation of cleaning strategies. Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of commercial spaces, including offices, public areas, and specialized facilities. Execute biohazard remediation procedures according to established protocols, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment and machinery. Properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous waste and cleaning chemicals in compliance with regulations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and ensure adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines. Train and supervise junior cleaning staff, providing guidance and feedback. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
