Duties & Responsibilities
β€’ Manage cleaning teams at a particular site, ensuring performance and attendance standards are consistently met.
β€’ Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
β€’ Manage cleaning materials and stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
β€’ Using a labour management system (e.g.) PRP to plan and schedule labour to meet operational requirements.
β€’ Address HR matters including discipline, grievances, and performance management.
β€’ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
β€’ Support contract retention through consistent service and client satisfaction.

Skills and Competencies
β€’ Strong knowledge of cleaning processes and hygiene standards
β€’ Ability to interpret SLAs and conduct site audits
β€’ Basic understanding of HR procedures and labour legislation
β€’ Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools
β€’ Excellent organisational and time management skills

Qualifications
β€’ Minimum Qualification: Matric / Grade 12
β€’ Relevant tertiary (Degree, Certificate or Diploma) in Retail, Operations / Retail Management, or related field
β€’ Experience: Proven experience in cleaning operations and staff supervision; managing multiple sites is an advantage
β€’ Hospitality/healthcare industry experience is highly advantageous
