Job Description
Scope: The Driver, is responsible for transporting packages from the warehouse location to the scheduled customer address. Some of the duties will include loading parcels into their vehicle, using a navigation system to map their route and delivering parcels to the correct addresses in a timely manner.

Qualifications and work experience
β€’ Grade 12
β€’ Driving/delivery experience of a minimum of 2 years
β€’ Valid driver’s license code 10 & PDP

Roles and Responsibilities
β€’ Check and assist to load orders in the vehicle every day.
β€’ Validate invoices against loaded stock.
β€’ Take responsibility of goods loaded and offloaded from the vehicle
β€’ Check vehicle daily and complete checklist when driver not available
β€’ Abide by rules of the road
β€’ Collect COD monies where necessary when driver not available
β€’ Liaise with customer appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction
β€’ Collect returned stock as necessary from customers
β€’ Housekeeping of vehicle to keep it presentable in the eyes of a customer
