• *Role Description**

This role covers the Greater Gauteng and adjacent regions and is based in the Johannesburg area. The Plumber/Operations Assistant will assist the Operations Manager with operations planning and plumbing installations, pipe maintenance, and repair tasks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with general maintenance duties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with company standards.

- Plumbing Qualification
- 2 years+ operational experience
- Experience as a supervisor/operations assistant
- Plumbing and pipe installation experience for performing efficient and reliable plumbing tasks
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair, with the ability to identify and fix issues promptly
- Strong customer service skills to ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an operational setting
- General plumbing administration would be an advantage.
