Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning operations across multiple remote sites and managed properties. This crucial role involves overseeing daily cleaning activities, managing a team of cleaning staff, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and supply management. Responsibilities: Supervise and direct the work of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
