Mould Maintenance Welder

Purpose
of the Role:

To assemble, disassemble, maintain, repair, and modify aluminium moulds to
ensure optimal performance and quality standards.

Key
Responsibilities:
β€’ Assemble and disassemble
moulds
β€’ Maintain, repair, and modify
moulds
β€’ Perform aluminium welding
(advantageous)
β€’ Carry out brazing work
β€’ Use hand tools such as
spanners, hammers, and related equipment
β€’ Handle and work with heavy
moulds and equipment safely

Requirements:
β€’ Grade 12 qualification
β€’ Certified COβ‚‚ welder (arc
welding certification accepted)
β€’ Aluminium welding experience
will be a strong advantage
β€’ Ability to perform brazing
β€’ Minimum of 3 years’
experience in a related field
