Our client, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at various commercial premises throughout Port Elizabeth . This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, and upholding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Supervise and direct the work of cleaning staff on assigned sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality and adherence to company protocols. Manage cleaning schedules and allocate staff resources effectively across multiple locations. Provide on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to cleaning staff. Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed. Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a cleaning environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
