Job Description
Our national client, is seeking the skills of Motorcycle (bike) drivers (with Admin Experience), to start, immediately – Please do note, that these positions are open to South African Citizens.

Task & Responsibilities
β€’ Provide superior customer satisfaction by ensuring that all orders are delivered to the correct address.
β€’ Assist in stock taking. Help out in the back area and when required with sundry tasks.
β€’ Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.
β€’ Keep track of all delivery addresses and sales figures for future reference.
β€’ Be well groomed and in full uniform at all times.
β€’ Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the motorcycle.
β€’ Be warm and courteous to Clients.
β€’ Thank the Clients as you leave. Be on time always.
β€’ Responsible for running errand tasks for the Company as ordered by the Manager.
β€’ To check with the management before leaving for the day.
β€’ Attend shift briefings and ask questions.
β€’ Inform superiors of any Client complaints, Client dissatisfaction, no matter how small the issue
β€’ may be.

Admin Task & Responsibilities
β€’ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
β€’ Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
β€’ Perform General Admin Task
β€’ Provide administrative support for operations team

Candidate Requirements

Skills & Experience
β€’ Valid motorcycle license. At least 1 year old.
β€’ Must be a team player.
β€’ Pleasing personality.
β€’ Good communication skills in English and / Additional language skills an advantage.
β€’ Good knowledge of Cape region’s streets, buildings and landmarks.
β€’ At least 2 year experience in a reputed QSR / news agency / courier company as delivery / distribution driver.

Admin Skills & Experience
β€’ Computer Lit. with including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
β€’ Excellent communication,
β€’ organisational abilities and time management skills.
