The main duties include:
Keeping the yard area neat, tidy and properly maintained.
Assisting with general building maintenance.
Assisting with roller door maintenance.
Assisting with lighting-related maintenance.
Helping with flooring maintenance.
Assisting with painting work.
Assisting with welding work.
Helping with general housekeeping.
Assisting with gardening duties.
Completing other general duties when required.
