Key Responsibilities
• Pack and label products according to company standards and customer specifications
• Ensure accurate and timely packaging of products to meet daily production targets
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Assist with inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate supply of packaging materials
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
