Commercial Cleaning Supervisor - Industrial Facilities

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance. Report on team performance, site conditions, and supply usage to management. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of cleaning personnel. Ensure all cleaning staff are properly trained on the use of equipment and chemicals. Promote a positive and safety-conscious work environment. Perform hands-on cleaning duties when necessary to ensure operational continuity. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance. Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for various industrial settings. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Good organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs. Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
