We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented female candidate with experience in administrative support within the F&B industry.

Your role will directly support operational efficiency across HR, payroll, purchasing, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping for daily sales, employee attendance, payroll, inventory, and HR files.
• Request, Track and encode purchase orders, supplier invoices, and delivery receipts into the system.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance logs and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and leave balances.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth documentation of operational tasks.
• Assist in processing and filing HR documents, memos, and correspondence.
• Prepare and update administrative reports, expense sheets, and tracking logs as needed.
• Support day-to-day office management tasks and general admin duties.

Requirements:
• Gender: Female (as per business preference)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a administrative role
• Prior experience in a restaurant or F&B business in the UAE preferred
• Basic accountant skills is a plus.
• Familiarity with Omega software or other Restaurant Softwares is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, proactive, and good at following structured processes
