Role Description The TL Plumber is a full-time, on-site role based at The LaLiT property in Jaipur. This position is responsible for overseeing plumbing operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and related systems throughout the property. The TL Plumber will supervise and guide plumbing team members, plan daily tasks, and ensure timely resolution of plumbing issues to maintain guest comfort and safety. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams, responding to service requests, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves interaction with guests and internal stakeholders to provide courteous, efficient service and minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures, with proven hands-on Plumbing experience.Experience working with Pipe installations, fittings, and related tools and materials.Demonstrated ability in Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting and preventive Maintenance of plumbing infrastructure.Commitment to quality Customer Service, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and colleagues.Previous experience in a hotel or commercial facility maintenance environment is preferred.Ability to lead a small technical team, assign tasks, and ensure safe work practices.Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and basic documentation of maintenance work.Relevant technical certification or vocational training in plumbing or building services is an advantage.Physical ability to perform on-site tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in varied conditions.
