Job Description
Rudraksha Security Force is looking for experienced and physically fit Bouncers to provide professional security services at corporate offices, hotels, events, clubs, malls, and residential premises. Candidates should be disciplined, alert, and capable of handling crowd control and emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain safety and security at the assigned location.
• Control entry and exit of visitors and guests.
• Manage crowds and prevent unauthorized access.
• Handle conflicts professionally and ensure a safe environment.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Conduct security checks when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security records.
• Follow all company policies and security protocols.
Eligibility
• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
• Age: 21–40 years.
• Height: Minimum 5'8" (preferred).
• Physically fit with a strong personality.
• Experience as a Bouncer/Security Guard preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• No criminal background.
