We are hiring Service Crew who will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

As a Service Crew, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations — you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked. (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Inform customers about the specials of the day.
• Offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization.
• Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Greeting guests with genuine warmth and process bills accurately.
• Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating floor plan.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods.
• Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with both FOH & BOH team members.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
