Job Description
To assist other team members, with the key aim of delivering good quality of food to our customer.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
• Prepare and cook various food items according to the Company’s quality and cost requirements
• Ensure the freshness and quality of food items
• Perform kitchen tasks according to the kitchen task cycle and instructions from the Outlet Chef or respective supervisor
• Complete mise en place when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Understand and ensure complies with the mandatory food safety and hygiene standards and requirements at all times
• Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience working in kitchen as food preparation and / or cooking.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• 6 hours per day | 5 days per week
