Job Description
Chef Position (Package $3500~$3800, excluding Sales Commission & Food Cost Incentive):-

Cook Position (Package $2400~$2800, excluding Sales Commission):-

Working Day: 6 Days (Including PH)

Working Hour: 4am~3pm

Job Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for budget and cost control.
• To oversee operations to ensure that food quality and costing is in line with company requirements.
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and standard.
• Ensuring that meals are prepared according to recipe, portion control, conforming to hygiene and religious guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with MUIS regulations
• Preparing & Cooking Food.
• Stock ordering.

Job Requirement:
• At least 3 years of cooking and relevant experience.
• Must have completed Basic Food Hygiene course.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
