Job Description
The Gym Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at two gym locations Anytime Fitness Jurong Point and Pioneer Mall. The role involves cleaning at each site for 4-6 hours and may be deployed between the two sites. You will ensure that all areas are cleaned according to the schedule and in compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a pleasant and safe environment for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance at Both Sites
- Clean and sanitize all gym equipment (cardio machines, weights, etc.).
- Wipe down mirrors, windows, and surfaces throughout the gym floor.
- Empty and dispose of all trash and recycling bins as per gym policies.
- Vacuum and mop floors in all areas, including reception, workout areas, locker rooms, and hallways.
- Ensure bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms are cleaned and stocked with supplies (e.g., soap, toilet paper, towels).
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, benches, and railings.
2. Travel Between Sites
- Travel between two gyms less than 1km apart.
- Maintain punctuality to ensure cleaning tasks at both sites are completed within the scheduled time.
3. Periodic Deep Cleaning
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and equipment steam cleaning.
- Polish and sanitize areas that require additional attention (e.g., weight benches, mats, high-touch points).
4. Gym Supplies Inventory
- Monitor the supply of cleaning products and tools, and report to the Gym Manager when restocking is necessary.
- Replenish gym hygiene products (e.g., hand sanitizers, wipes).
5. Equipment and Facilities Checks
- Regularly inspect gym equipment and report any damages, wear and tear, or safety hazards to the Gym Manager.
- Ensure that all locker room facilities (e.g., showers, lockers, and toilets) are functioning properly and report issues promptly.
6. Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures when using cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to gym cleaning schedules and hygiene standards.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for gym members and staff.
