Collaborating closely with architects, engineers from other disciplines and project managers to achieve integrated, sustainable and innovative design outcomes. Managing the production of technical drawings and design documentation, maintaining consistency and compliance with Arup standards. Coordinating and mentoring team members, ensuring smooth interdisciplinary collaboration and high-quality project delivery. Engaging with clients directly through meetings and workshops, providing expert technical advice and contributing to trusted, long-term relationships. Who We Are Looking For A motivated engineer with a strong passion for delivering prestigious and sustainable projects in Türkiye and abroad. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred) from a reputable university. Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical design, including medium to large-scale and/or complex projects. Demonstrated ability to lead electrical teams, deliver complex engineering solutions and manage multiple project priorities. Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills, with fluency in English and the ability to thrive under pressure.
