• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.

• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to ensure optimal results.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or minor repairs to keep facilities in excellent condition.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning chemicals to ensure a healthy environment for all occupants.
• Support custodial duties during special projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas meet quality standards efficiently.
Requirements
• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting facility upkeep.
