Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. The Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and vans, for route driving.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while adhering to scheduled routes.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
• Navigate effectively using GPS systems or maps to find the most efficient routes.
• Handle manual transmission vehicles when required.
• Assist in moving items for clients as necessary.

Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience in route driving or commercial driving is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating box trucks and vans is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime if needed.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
