About the Opportunity

We are expanding and seeking experienced residential and commercial cleaning professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work. This is an independent contractor opportunity offering consistent scheduling, weekly pay, and performance-based incentives.

Compensation Structure
• Base rate starting at $20/hour (paid weekly)
• Performance incentives available based on client satisfaction
• Gas support provided for contractors completing 3+ scheduled shifts per week

Contractor Requirements

This role is classified as a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors must provide their own tools and supplies, including:
• Vacuum (HEPA preferred)
• Mop system for hard floors
• Basic cleaning tools
• Reliable transportation

Professional-grade products and specialty tools are encouraged.

Scheduling & Expectations
• Scheduling and time tracking managed digitally
• Availability between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Shifts begin no later than 7:00 PM
• Commitment required once a shift is accepted
• 72-hour notice required for cancellations
• Missed shifts without notice may result in termination

We maintain strict standards regarding professionalism, integrity, and client respect.

• Comfortable traveling within 50 miles of Houston
