Job Description
We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our professional cleaning team. Travel between client locations may be necessary and will be paid; cleaning supplies, equipment, and detailed instructions will be provided. Candidate must possess a functional smartphone with a data plan and the ability to download our app for work.We have commercial cleaning and residential cleaning positions available.We have full-time and part-time positions available, making this a flexible opportunity for a variety of schedules.This is a W2 position. Employees will be paid at least the NYC minimum wage and are eligible for overtime pay, workers’ compensation, disability benefits, paid sick leave per NYC law, and paid vacation after one year of employment. In this role, you will provide high-quality cleaning services across a variety of residential and commercial client locations, ensuring each space is left clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Perform cleaning services at client locations (residential and commercial)
• Travel between appointments using public transportation
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning offices, apartments, commercial buildings, community centers, gyms, schools, etc
• Dust, wipe, and maintain surfaces and fixtures
• Clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Remove trash and recycling
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:
• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Basic reading and writing skills required for communication
• Possess a functional smartphone with a data plan and the ability to download our app for work
• Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4–8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, and lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs)
