Job Description
As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our guests and team members while securing the hotel property. You will be instrumental in helping us maintain outstanding guest service and financial success. In this role, you will be tasked with:
• Patrolling the interior and exterior of the hotel to identify any safety and security risks.
• Responding effectively to emergency situations including safety hazards, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property.
• Encouraging and implementing safe work practices throughout the hotel.
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Documenting incidents and writing accurate reports.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
