Location: Bay Shore, NY Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packer to join our growing production team in Bay Shore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are safely and efficiently prepared for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities
• Packing: Pick, inspect, and pack finished goods into shipping containers according to specific guidelines.
• Quality Control: Check products for defects or damage prior to packing to ensure only high-quality items reach our customers.
• Labeling: Accurately apply shipping labels and documentation to boxes.
• Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Communication: Coordinate with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish to ensure production targets are met.

Requirements
• Language: Must be (fluent in Spanish and English) to assist with communication across the production floor.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 35 lbs comfortably.
• Reliability: attendance record and the ability to work the full second shift (3:15 PM – 11:45 PM).
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or assembly environment is a plus but not required.
