Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Packing Associate:
• Engage in a range of labor activities as part of a production team.
• Perform duties across multiple departments, including Further Processing, Whole Bird Packing, and other specified regions.
• Handle the processing of goods while meeting quality and safety criteria.
• Engage in activities near cutting devices as specified.
• Perform tasks on the assembly line in a range of climate conditions, including warmth, coldness, and moisture.
• Observe and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Packing Associate:
• Skill in carrying out demanding tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
• Being prepared to work in diverse temperatures and situations.
• Although it is preferred, having prior experience in production or manufacturing is not a prerequisite.
