Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated Cargo Van Driverfor expedited freight and delivery work. This position is designed for drivers who want to stay busy, run consistent loads, and maximize weekly income.

Compensation:
• 70% to Driver / 30% to Company
• Driver is responsible for fuel
• No earning cap – performance-based income

Duties
• Run expedited loads (local and out-of-state)
• Accept and complete loads in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly with dispatch
• Maintain and take care of the cargo van
• Follow all safety and traffic laws
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Experience in delivery/expedite preferred
• Must be reliable, responsive, and professional
• Must be comfortable driving long hours when needed
• Smartphone required for load apps/navigation
